Day 1

Work out Challenge: Day 1
Status: feeling slightly sore but good and really sweaty
Workout: warmup- 2 miles on bike
treadmill 30 minutes run 1 min. walk 1 min (makes time go by faster)
cooldown- 2 miles on bike
finished with arms exercises

At least I made it to the gym on day 1. I would hate to already start this thing off badly.
Only 99 more days to go.

YOU CAN DO IT!!! So proud!!!!!!I did a work out last night and I seriously can't move my arms!! They hurt so bad! Sooooo...I think I give up! hahaha jk!

gosh dang. I SO wish we lived in the same town cause we'd totally be going to the gym together!! I DO like going by myself though so its okay but I'm excited for US :) making ourselves better... it seems with your countdown you have something to look forward to, that should make things more exciting and easier! I've been at the gym now for 2 weeks and still going strong, went 4 days this week :) It feels SO GOOD and yes, I've been sore, but good soreness :)
